The Clear Alternative Thickener!
THIK & CLEAR MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
Thik & Clear mixes easily in all types of liquids and pureed foods.
INDIVIDUAL SERVINGS:
- Use a fork, wisk, hand mixer, blender or shaker.
- For all liquids start stirring motion, slowly add Thik & Clear, then continue stirring for 20-30 seconds.
- Wait 5 minutes, then RESTIR. Thik & Clear will have reached desired thickness.
- Thik & Clear will not continue to thicken after five minutes, and will not break down over time.
BULK MIXING INSTRUCTIONS:

Pour desired amount of fluid into a blender.

Pour desired amount of Thik & Clear into a measuring cup or small container (do not add powder a tablespoon at a time).

Use blender on low speed, adding Thik & Clear slowly into the blender, mixing for 40-45 seconds.

LET STAND FOR 5 MINUTES. DO NOT ADD MORE THICKENER!
This will allow Thik & Clear to fully hydrate into the fluid. Thik & Clear will not continue to thicken once fully hydrated.
